This Privacy Policy describes how Truecraft Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Monoposto Clash (the "App"), available on iOS and Android.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account & Profile Data

• Username or display name (user-defined)
• A randomly generated anonymous user ID (device-linked, no email required)

Game Progress Data

• Race results, lap times, and standings
• Season progress and championship points
• Coin balance and transaction history
• Owned power-ups and upgrades
• Daily reward streak information

Leaderboard Data

• Total race completion times from Single Race mode, submitted to public circuit leaderboards
• Username associated with leaderboard entries
• Submission timestamp (used for ranking ties and monthly reset)

Leaderboard records are reset on a monthly basis. At the start of each calendar month, all circuit leaderboard entries are cleared and rankings start fresh. Historic records are not retained after a reset.

Technical Data

• Device type and operating system version (for crash reporting and compatibility)
• App version

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location data, contacts, or payment card details.

3 How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the game features (race progress, leaderboards, store)
• Sync game data across sessions and devices via our game server
• Deliver daily rewards and track login streaks
• Display your best lap times on global leaderboards
• Troubleshoot crashes and improve performance
• Deliver relevant advertisements through Google AdMob

We do not use your data for any purposes beyond those listed above.

4 Third-Party Services

5 Data Storage & Security

Game data is stored on secure servers. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all server communication.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below.

6 Children's Privacy

We do not require any personal information such as name, age, or email to play the game. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data

8 Advertising

The App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ads help us keep the game free to download and play.

AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve personalised advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings ' Privacy & Security ' Tracking ' disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings ' Google ' Ads ' "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"

Rewarded ads (optional, in exchange for in-game rewards) are displayed in some race exit flows. These are always opt-in - you are never forced to watch an ad.

9 In-App Purchases

Monoposto Clash uses an in-game coin economy. Coins are earned by playing the game and can be spent on power-ups and race upgrades within the game store.

All payment processing for any future real-money purchases is handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice within the App.
